The basic monthly prices are as follows, all including VAT:

ALL ads are moderated before going online. Please keep your ads genuine, decent and legal. Natural nudity is acceptable, but adverts of an extreme and offensive sexual nature will not be allowed. H&E reserves the right to correct text to house style, and to amend as necessary. References to swinging, wife-swapping, and any sexual acts, are not allowed. Please also read the full Terms & Conditions – your purchase of an advert constitutes acceptance of these T&Cs.

Once you have filled out the form, you will be taken to PayPal or Stripe to complete payment. Subject to moderation, your ad should appear online within 48 working hours.

Please also make sure you fill out your full name and address (for our billing purposes only – this will not be published or shared with third parties), and specify whether you wish to receive a copy of the magazine.

If you would like an image with your ad, or have designed your own complete ad, you may upload it here – 2MB limit. Pictures need to be 4.5cm wide at 300dpi for the print edition. Please give any instructions as to ad appearance (such as colour, border, etc). Make sure everything is correct! We can tweak published ads up to a point, allowing for any initial errors and style changes, but we will not accept numerous requests for amendments once you have confirmed you are satisfied with the ad.

These prices are per single print magazine month. We offer a 20% discount for two or more months booked together, and larger discounts for larger block bookings – now available via the form below but if you would like to discuss this, please leave a message on 01482 342000 (calls to and from this number are recorded for monitoring purposes).
