H&E NEW DIGITAL EDITION FAQ

We’ve recently moved the digital edition and app to a new platform hosted by Pocketmags so that, at long last, print and digital subscribers have access to everything under one roof. Please read the following carefully and if you have any questions, please email help@pocketmags.co.uk or webmaster@henaturist.net

APPLE/ iOS CUSTOMERS

Q: I paid for my subscription using my iTunes account. What is going to happen?
A: This app was replaced by our new one on September 5, 2023. This will automatically download, or you can search for ‘H&E Naturist Magazine’ in the App Store to download it manually.
To access your existing subscription in the updated app, please follow these instructions:

  1. Update the app on your device (search for ‘H&E Naturist Magazine’ in the App Store if you do not have auto-update switched on, or click HERE.)
  2. Either choose ‘I’m an existing subscriber’ on the Welcome screen or go to the Options menu.
  3. Tap the ‘Restore Purchases’ option and select ‘I have made purchases through this app’
  4. After a short period, your previous purchases should be restored, and you’ll be able to access any single issues you previously purchased and any current subscription.

GOOGLE PLAY CUSTOMERS

Q: I paid for my subscription using my Google Play account. What is going to happen?
A: We have built a new app for Google Play. If you purchased your subscription through the Google Play app it will need to be re-added manually as follows:

  1. Download the new H&E Naturist app HERE.
  2. Go to Options then Login/Register and create a Pocketmags account
  3. Contact help@pocketmags.com with your H&E Naturist Google Play purchase receipt and your Pocketmags username from Step 2.
    The support team will add your subscription.
  4. Please ensure that you cancel your subscription to the old Google Play app via the Subscriptions section of your Google Play account. You can re-subscribe through the new app when your subscription lapses if you wish to.

H&E NATURIST DIGITAL-ONLY SUBSCRIBERS

Q: I bought my subscription straight from H&E Naturist/not through the app. What is going to happen?
It was not previously possible for readers who subscribed directly through the H&E Naturist site to read in our app. In the new version this is now possible. Subscribers have recently been contacted with activation details – if you have not received your email, please contact subscriptionsmanagement@warnersgroup.co.uk.

H&E NATURIST PRINT AND DIGITAL SUBSCRIBERS

Q: I have a postal subscription with free digital access. How can I access the new digital edition and app?
A: Visit the H&E Naturist activation link at Pocketmags: Click HERE. Enter your email address, then choose a password. These will be your Pocketmags login details.
On the activation step you will be prompted to enter your Warners Subscriptions Account Number and Postal Code. (If you don’t know your account number, email subscriptionsmanagement@warnersgroup.co.uk)
Your subscription will now be activated and the H&E Naturist archive will be available in the My Library section of your Pocketmags account. New issues will be available here when they are released and you will receive an email to notify you.
If you would also like to enjoy the archive on the go on your mobile or tablet you can download the Pocketmags app, or the H&E Naturist app for iOS or Google Play. Just download the app and log in to it using the Pocketmags account you created above to sync your library to the app.
